Education:
He got his school education in Delhi. He did his Bachelor Degree (B.E.-in civil engineering) from Bharti Vidyapeeth College, Pune. He started his career as a Professor in Sir Chotu Ram College, Kanjhawala, Delhi. He successfully served the college for eight years. He worked with several Govt., Semi-Govt., Pvt. organisations. He is qualified license holder Civil Engineer and earned reputation in M.C.D. and D.D.A. He has deep knowledge in the field of civil engineering.
Local Background
He is presently, the president of Golden Height-Sector-12, Dwarka, D.D.A. multi-storeyed society. The society has 198 flats and the residents of the society are very happy. Because they are getting sufficient water supply, 24hrs. power back and all the lifts are working properly.
Hobbies:
Guide, Kagaj Ke Phool and Pyasa are his favourite movies. He is fond of old melodies and Dev Anand, Raj Kapoor, Meena Kumari, Nargis, Wahida Rehman are still his favourite film stars.
Challenge:
He is ready to serve his party well. He knows that his Najafgarh district contains fourteen blocks having seven M.L.A.s and twenty eight councillors. He is regularly visiting all his blocks like Isapur, Najafgarh, Madhu Vihar, Matiyala, Hastsal, Uttam Nagar, Sagarpur, Dabri, Nangloi, Mundaka, Mangolpuri (North),Mangolpuri (South), Vishnu Garden and Nanak Nagar.
Congress Party
He has high regard for Late Sh.M.K.Gandhi, Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, Late Mrs. Indira Gandhi, Late Sh.Rajiv Gandhi, Dr. Man Mohan Singh, Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and the Congress Party also. He even participated in the pad yatra with Late Sh.Sunil Dutt (Actor turned politician) who travelled the whole nation on his feet.

Mission
He is the follower of Sh.Ishwar Chand Saini-Chairman-Delhi Pradesh OBC Cell and Chaudhary Chattar Singh-OBC Commissioner, OBC Commission, who are the pillars for the upliftment of OBC community. Mr.Dabas has the passion to work selflessly and already started campaign at the root level. It is creating good image in the community and congress party of his district. He is sure that Mrs. Shiela Dikshit will again become the Chief Minister of Delhi for third consecutive terms and make a unique history. He further added that Mrs. Dikshit has done lot of work for the development of the capital and the people of Delhi like such kind of capable leader as their CM.
