THE AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY ‘JAGAR'

•  To create a sense of brotherhood, cooperation, mutual harmony, love and affection amongst the members of the society and also amongst the general public.

•  To organize seminar on social justice, educational and economical upliftment to raise legal demands and fundamental rights provided by the Constitution of India.

•  To open, found, establish, promote, set up, run maintain, assist, finance, support and/or help the various community development programs/activities and also marriage Homes, Pio, Dharmshala, Night Shelters, Shochalay, Old Age Homes, Health Care Centres, Charitable Dispensaries, Hospitals, Libraries, reading rooms, Play stadiums(both open and indoor), Yoga Training Centers, Gymnasiums, Sangetaly & Nrityalay (music and dance training centers) Anganwari, Balwari, Mahila Ashram, Studio, Drama stage and other buildings/institutions for use of General Public and for welfare of the general public.

•  To educate the people regarding Consumer Protection Laws and rights of the Public in this regard

•  To take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps for the eradication of social evils such as dowry systems, Child Labor.

•  To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts and other offerings in the shape of movable and/or immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objects of the society.

•  To purchase/acquire the land and/or the building in the name of society for the upliftment and fulfillment of the Aims and objects of society.

viii)To erect, construct, alter, maintains, sell lease mortgage, transfer, improve, develop, manage and control all or any part of the property or the building of the above society, necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the Aims and Objects of the Society.

ix)To do such other things/acts/activities, which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the objects of the Society.

ix) All the incomes, earnings, movables/or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of the Society and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or the past
