Aims and Objective

The Mission statement of KARMATH, a registered NGO is :-

  •  To create a Society where the present chasm between ‘HAVES' and ‘HAVE NOTS' is reduced to the maximum.

•  To channelise the power and potential of the weaker sections of the society including women and girls, without any discrimination of caste, creed, religion or sex and help them move into the main stream of society.

•  Commitment towards the poor, in inculcating a professional work culture and renewal of social and economic dignity in them.

Towards this end KARMATH is involved with many projects in the field of health care, children education and empowerment of women through Vocational training and spreading of awareness about AIDS/HIV.

We provide information about AIDS/HIV by arranging to conduct free health check-ups by qualified doctors and medical staff and providing them with medical care.

We Educate the HIV Patients and their family members about the misconceptions of the disease by encouraging them to come forward and attend the seminars and workshops organized by us.

We make arrangement to readjust the AIDS/HIV positive people in the society. We try to provide them social justice and empower them through vocational courses.

We are providing education to the Children and arranging the food, medical and other support services
